Devices Your Wireless shipped that haven’t been received in RQ yet. A device drops off as soon as its IMEI shows up in RQ receiving.
Forward the Your Wireless shipment email, the Iconic DFILL report and the RQ receiving export to reports@redstonewireless.com and they load on their own. Or do it here. From the DFILL report only our 17 stores’ devices are kept.

Shipped to one store but received in RQ at another (last 30 days). These are off the open list; move them in RQ if they’re at the wrong store.
Received in RQ but not on any shipment email loaded so far. Usually the email for that shipment just hasn’t been forwarded yet.
Something not working? Open a ticket and the IT team gets it right away. You’ll get an email whenever it’s updated, and you can check the status here.

The portal works out every rep and store number itself, straight from the uploaded reports, using the rules agreed on 11/2 (same points weights for reps and stores, exactly at goal is a Hit, premium = Prem Sales ÷ Prem Opps, day count from the report date). This page lists every place its answer and the scorecard sheet’s formulas disagree, and why. The switch below picks which one everyone sees; it applies to this month and months closed from November 2026 on.
News shows in the red Redstone News section on the scorecard (alerts first). A must-read pops up once for everyone it’s for and blocks the scorecard until they confirm: reps type the unlock word, leaders tick a box. Stores: leave blank for everyone, or list stores separated by commas. Changes show on the scorecard right away.
Everyone who works here, kept once: their Gusto ID, portal login and pay plan in one record. New people start with password 1111 and pick their own the first time they sign in. Picking a store also puts them on the scorecard (Employee Leaderboard) with their GP target. Deactivating, deleting or resetting a password signs that person out everywhere right away; anyone deactivated or deleted stays on the scorecard until the month closes.

Drop in the day’s reports: Sales by Invoice (RQ), Performance Metrix by employee and by store, Customer Conversion, and APP Metrics and Scorecard. Each one is checked and previewed first. Nothing is saved until you press Apply.

One row per rep and per store. GP is RQ sales history; GP / traffic is Verizon’s traffic report; new lines, perks, premium, VMP, internets and pull through are Verizon’s reports, graded against the month’s scorecard goals. Hours, chargebacks and accessory shrink are Payroll’s. The live month refreshes every 5 minutes; a closed month comes from its saved scorecard month.
The portal keeps its own copy of every uploaded report and of each month’s goals (section goals, each rep’s targets, the store goals table). The check works the month out from those copies alone and compares it with the scorecard, number by number. Once it matches, the sheets aren’t needed to work a month out.
Kept in the portal, copied once from the Commission sheet: last year’s store GP for manager bonuses (exactly as set up there), and the Gusto ID lists the Gusto file is built from. Payroll no longer reads the Commission sheet. If you change one of these tabs on the sheet, copy it again here.
Every day’s GP by store, by rep and product units from the Sales by Invoice and product uploads. Moving it into the portal copies the Redstone Sales History sheet once and checks the GP and unit totals match before switching. After that, uploads save here, and the scorecard, year over year, Payroll and the Data table all read it from here; the sheet is no longer read or written.
The same person should have the same name on every list: the leaderboard, portal logins, comp plans, uploaded hours, RQ sales and Gusto IDs. This lists anyone missing from a list, with a likely match under another spelling.
Starts with October 2026 (September was done on the Commission sheet). Enter each store’s accessory shrink for the month (leave blank for none). It’s split to everyone who sold at that store, by their share of the store’s gross profit that month (Sales by Invoice). Someone who sold at two stores gets a share of each.
Tap a person for every number behind their pay. "vs sheet" compares with the Commission sheet's worksheet tab for the same month.

Drop in the month’s statement. It’s read on this computer and checked first, and nothing is saved until you press Load. Loading a month again replaces it.
Tables: transactions, statements. Views: v_store_month, v_rep_month.
Green meets the target, red misses it, dark green is 120%+ of target. Select a column to sort.
Your store is highlighted. Pacing is the GP trend as a share of the monthly GP target.
Same math as each rep’s My commission card and Payroll: commission GP (RQ sales history, month to date) × their current tier, with perks, VMP and internets graded against this month’s scorecard goals. Month-end pace assumes today’s pace and tier hold. Before chargebacks, accessory shrink and draw. Select a column to sort.
Estimates from the KPI tab. Perks and pull thru come from the Verizon numbers; S10 FE and Home Device Protection from RQ. Rules are on the Spiff Rules tab of the private portal sheet. Eligibility and chargebacks aren’t included. Hover a dollar amount for the counts.
